These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.jacobnco.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Jacob & Co. Wall Design Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We offer wall design services comprised of paint, wallpaper, and trim. Services may be purchased as:

Full Design Packages: A complete wall design including paint, wallpaper, and trim installation.

Individual Services: Paint-only, wallpaper-only, or trim-only projects.
All services include professional installation. We do not provide structural modifications, electrical work, plumbing, or other trades outside of our stated services.
Design Sales
All wall designs are sold “as is.” We make every effort to represent colors, textures, and finishes accurately, but variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen displays, or material differences.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing clear access to the installation area.

Ensuring walls are structurally sound and suitable for installation.

Removing personal belongings and breakables from the work area.

Securing all necessary permissions for work on the property.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by site inaccessibility or pre-existing conditions.
Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking.

Remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
